We've got in house blood testing facilities, digital x-ray, ultrasound and endoscope.
We undertake farm animal (bovine, ovine, porcine, caprine) and equine work.
To book your animal in for routine surgery, give us a ring between 9 and 5 and speak to a member of staff.
On Wednesday 10th August we are having a new telephone system installed at the practice to improve how your calls are managed. While the system is being switched over there will unfortunately be a period of 15 - 30 minutes when all our telephone lines will be down.
This will take place sometime between 11.30am – 12.30pm on that day. We have been advised this will be kept to the absolute minimum time as possible.
If you have an Veterinary emergency during this time and you can not get through please do keep trying as it may only be a matter of minutes before we are back on line ready to help you. Alternatively you could try mobile number: 07817171222 We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

This spring the practice has purchased a multiwave laser machine and we have started to perform laser therapy on a number of patients. The laser is synchronizing continuous and pulsed emissions of different wavelengths to achieve a high peak power without undesired thermal effects. In short: this therapy is risk free for your animal, but can help reducing inflammation, oedema, chronic and acute pain by stimulation of the natural self healing potencies of every body cell.
The treatment does usually not take more than 10 minutes, the owner is staying with the pet and the sessions are by appointment only, once we have worked out the best laser protocol for the condition to be treated.
If you like more information about this, please do not hesitate to ask a member of staff.
